Ultimately, we take the guesswork out of branding & marketing your business.

My first clue that wellness might be my calling was when I was mini, telling all the kids at Gymboree how to do the exercises correctly. While I don’t remember tiny coach Jess, anyone that knows me isn’t surprised. From that early moment of enlightenment, I have immersed myself in the world of wellness.
After being a collegiate athlete with a kinesiology degree and starting a personal training business right out of college, I have gone on to own a corporate wellness business, a fitness events business, and now a branding and social media studio. Let’s just say the ability to adapt and create practical tools and systems, as well as being endlessly curious have helped me thrive in this field for over 20 years!
While I have held a lot of certs in my day (CSCS, NSCA-CPT, E-RYT, CrossFit, ACE, Schwinn Cycling, AFAA, ACSM, to name a few), I can tell you from experience that taking action in your business, being adaptable, and learning the skills to effectively brand and market your business is even more important for your long term success.
Our over 20 years of experience in the wellness space helps us connect with our clients on another level. While we build epic brands and marketing strategies for innovative companies, we are also fully integrated within the wellness world. From owning personal training and health coaching businesses, teaching yoga, and even working as influencers in the space, we have a clear understanding of your target market - their problems, their objections, and the language they use.
Who are Ern & Lu?
Our dogs! Naming our brand after our dogs Ernie (Jess) and Lucy (Lizzie) is a reflection of our values. We believe that brands shine brightest when they’re unapologetically themselves, believe hard work can be fun, and that dogs make everything better.
Ern
Ernie is a true beach boy and is always in search of an adventure. He’s not so hot on vacuums, or when he doesn’t get the cheese he is pining for. He is often referred to as an “adventurous, precocious rapscallion”.

Lu
A $100 dog DNA test confirmed that Lucy’s breed is “super-mutt”. She enjoys harmonizing with sirens, playing tug-of-war, and idolizing her older sister Maxi, a sassy Rat Terrier.
